A native of Pensacola Tim joined PRC as a member in 2016. Tim rowed as a graduate student at Tulane University. He is certified as a Level II coach by US Rowing. Prior to PRC he spent 9 years with Washington-Liberty High School crew serving as a coach and the organization's president.

PRC Juniors Handbook -- Please Download
The PRC Juniors Handbook covers all PRC policies on conduct, commitment, sportsmanship, safety, and expectations of the junior athlete in a competitive racing environment. Parents and athletes should read the handbook in its entirety. Please print out the signature page at the end of the handbook and delivery to your coach.
